On May 14, 2024, milli IC GmbH was officially founded. Tomorrow, we celebrate our second anniversary and would like to share some of the achievements that have shaped our journey so far.

In just two years, we have grown from an idea into an active mmWave ASIC design company serving customers across multiple industries and countries.

Over this time, we transformed a young startup into a company generating stable revenue from customer projects and operating profitably.

Today, we have five active ASIC development contracts with our customers and one active state-funded R&D project. Our team continues to grow, with an additional RFIC Design Engineer joining milli IC in October 2026.

We have access to cutting-edge silicon semiconductor technologies across leading foundries. Our design environment is based on fully commercial licenses of industry gold-standard RFIC design tools.

Alongside our ASIC design service business, we are developing our own IPs. We recently started watt-level silicon PA developments for 6G and defense applications, and we are currently planning a D-band industrial radar transceiver chip.
